Governor's Glen offers
a variety of short term stay options to make
caregiving easier, like Respite Care for three
days up to one month, an Adult Day Program
and a monthly Alzheimer's Support Group.
"We design enrichment
programs to blend each patient's history and
current physical and mental capabilities,"
Jonathan adds. "Residents enjoy stimulation
through daily exercise, music therapy, crafts
and more."
Wesley
Woods of Newnan-Peachtree City
Independent and assisted
living facilities are available at Wesley
Woods of Newnan-Peachtree City in Coweta County,
a 52-acre retirement community. The residential
living accommodations overlook a beautiful
site with recreation areas. The commons features
a reception lobby, living room, dining areas,
and activity rooms. Housekeeping, dining,
transportation and other services are standard.
This year, Wesley Woods
opened the Sheltered Skilled Unit, 16 beds
that accommodate the needs of residents who
require skilled nursing in a more supervised
setting. Construction for the Memory Loss
Unit is now underway.
