When President/CEO Ed Bonn took over the helm at Southern Regional Medical Center in the fall of 2000, he immediately began working with the hospital's board of directors and administrators to determine what was needed to make positive changes at the hospital.

Every summer, "Camp Ivy" offers a place of fun, learning and fellowship to a select group of kids - children with diabetes. While each child at the camp is unique, nobody feels different because they're diabetic.
