Helping the Community Thrive

City Office of Harry Norman, Realtors®
has offered this thriving community the same quality
residential real estate products and services
that have branded Harry Norman, Realtors®
with a reputation for service excellence. Not
only is Harry Norman, Realtors®
the largest independent real estate company in
metro Atlanta, it has also actively served the
local community and customers' needs for more
than 70 years.
Community service is a treasured obligation within
Harry Norman, Realtors®. As Company

involved in the community that supports our families
and business is not just an obligation; it is
a privilege." Harry Norman, Realtors'®
annual Volunteer Day is a prime opportunity for
agents, brokers and employees to put Glenn's dedication
to giving into action by spending a day working
with a favorite charity.
Throughout the year, the Peachtree City Office
has given of their time, talent and treasure to
the following organizations, just to name a few:
The American Cancer Society, Noel November, the
Kiwanis Club, Our Lady of Victory Home & School
Association, Alzheimer Association Memory Walk,
All Children's Playground, Rotary Club and Chamber
of Commerce. This year the office dedicated their
Volunteer Day of service to Fayette Youth Protection
Home. They painted, cleaned and did yard work
for the organization. Whatever the need, Harry
Norman, Realtors® Peachtree City
Office is dedicated to serving the community.
Leisurely Living in Highgrove
and New Haven
Highgrove on Whitewater Creek is known for its
beautiful homes in a comfortable, neighborly environment.
And the neighborhood is growing as people fall
in love with this gorgeous pocket of Fayetteville.
A development of the Kingston Hill Development
Company, LLC, Highgrove is a family venture. Scott
and Jennifer Barnett share a passion for beautiful
homes and neighborhoods and have been creating
them together since 1995.
"The second to the last phase of Highgrove was
completed in 2003 and has 63 lots, half of them
already under contract," says Scott. "In 2004,
we'll be completing our final phase. We'll be
ready in Spring for 45 additional lots and with
the help of our builders, create some of the finest
custom homes in the area."
Located on 650 acres across from The Palmer Course
at Starr's Mill on Redwine Road, Highgrove features
sidewalks, parks, street trees and nature trails.
Other important community features are a clubhouse,
swim and tennis facilities and golf cart accessibility.
The same concept -- a beautiful American neighborhood
with an emphasis on historical architecture --
will be extended to the New Haven development.
The gated community adjacent to The Palmer Course
at Starr's Mill is slated to begin building in
2004.
"New Haven will consist of 56 homes of historic
distinction on lots at least one acre in size,"
Scott says. "The community backs up to Whitewater
Creek and is fronted on the Palmer Course."
Planned amenities include swim and tennis clubs,
a one-acre park, ballpark and clubhouse. Residents
will also enjoy New Haven's two ponds, nature
trails, sidewalks, historic gas lanterns and tree-lined
streets.
Morningside: A Place to Live
and Play
A jewel of Senoia, Morningside is a planned unit
development designed for the homebuyer who wants
to live and play in an upscale community. The
neighborhood boasts traditional, single-family
homes with an emphasis on masonry exteriors.
Morningside's group of builders has been carefully
screened from a pool of the best homebuilders
in the Southern Crescent, according to developer
Steve Enterkin. In addition to the high quality
construction, residents will enjoy the neighborhood
living, complete with sidewalks and streetlights
in a scenic country setting.Homeowners can enjoy
Senoia's beautiful Twin Lakes as they walk along
the nature trails. A swim and tennis center is
also planned in Morningside.
Lake Windsong: Distinctive
& Connected
On Dogwood Trail in Tyrone, Lake Windsong is
a 285-acre community offering distinctive upscale
homes on one-acre homesites. The neighborhood's
homes are wired with the latest in technology
and advanced home wiring systems for high speed
Internet access and neighborhood intranet.
Along with the technological aspect is a respect
for the environment. Developer Joel Cowan, Jr.
says that emphasis was put on maintaining the
area's natural setting; streets were designed
to fit the landscape and to preserve trees. Sidewalks
and bike paths, along every street, will connect
Lake Windsong to Tyrone's pathway system.
Lake Windsong's amenity area, including a swimming
pool, tennis courts, playground and boat dock,
will be anchored by The Lodge, the neighborhood
clubhouse located on an 18-acre lake. Plans include
a 14-acre nature area with unpaved walking paths,
a picnic shelter and secluded benches.
Lake Redwine Plantation: A
Concept for Comfort
One of Coweta and Fayette counties' most respected
developers, Jim Mottola, President of Happy Valley
Development Corporation, provides neighborhoods
with a higher quality lifestyle for those living
in the area.
Through thoughtful planning and constant improvements,
Mottola has helped to create a balance for
residents by building a community sanctuary with
all the amenities of a resort, but situated in
commuting
distance to Atlanta. Mindful of environmental
and ecological concerns, Lake Redwine has an abundance
of forests, parks and wilderness to compliment
the residential neighborhoods and recreation areas.
At Lake Redwine Plantation, you'll be near everything,
but in your own little pocket of small-town friendliness
and tranquility. This community of custom executive
homes is nestled on over 1,300 wooded acres centered
by the 300-acre Lake Redwine, just north of Newnan.
The value of homes in Lake Redwine is unsurpassed.
Builders are selected after careful examination
of their qualifications to ensure the highest
quality in craftsmanship. Architectural styles
reflecting both
traditional and modern designs are found in all
of the neighborhoods.
Just some of the amenities that Lake Redwine
homeowners enjoy are gardens with walking paths
and sidewalks throughout the community. The two-story
clubhouse is available for private functions and
there's a playground for kids to enjoy. The ALTA-approved,
lighted tennis courts, two pools, and children's
fountain are spots for fun-filled activities.
Lake Redwine provides an excellent place for fishing
and boating, and lake access is allowed exclusively
to neighborhood residents.
The community also boasts an intranet which allows
residents to be aware of ongoing neighborhood
activities, such as gardening clubs, fishing tournaments
and the like. A new marina completed in 2003 is
the latest addition to the amenities package.
Parks & Mottola recently unveiled High Point,
the newest neighborhood at Lake Redwine. High
Point at Lake Redwine will feature new construction
homes with prices starting from the low 200s.
Residents at High Point will benefit from the
suite of amenities offered at Lake Redwine.
In addition to quality standard features, buyers
may also select from a variety of customized features.
Hilpine Builders and Cardinal Properties are the
homebuilders for the new development. "Every home
we build focuses on the lifestyle of the homeowner,"
explains Mike Daughtry, President of Hilpine Builders.
Another quality development which Parks &
Mottola represents is Highland Park Estates in
Sharpsburg with homes available from the low $300s.
The homesites range from 1.6 to nearly 5 acres
and many of the sites are wooded.
Brasch Park Graces Grantville
Brasch Park offers unique and affordable homes
offering grace, comfort and warmth reminiscent
of turn-of-the-century style, right in historic
Grantville. Dan Petry, president of Cardinal Properties
and a third-
generation homebuilder, recently unveiled plans
for the new neighborhood community in a park-like
setting with a focus on recreation.
Brasch Park is planned as a sidewalk community
of 72 new homes featuring historically inspired
designs. The neighborhood will offer numerous
amenities including a baseball field, an all-purpose
field, basketball courts, a pool and pavilion.
"We're excited about this new neighborhood concept,"
says Petry.
Parks & Mottola, Inc. will exclusively market
the new community. "Brasch Park represents our
latest venture in the longstanding, professional
relationship we've enjoyed with Dan Petry and
Cardinal Properties," says Jim Mottola. Cardinal
is one of the featured homebuilders at Lake Redwine
Plantation, an upscale lake community developed
by Parks & Mottola.
